How it works

Step 1:

Send your design. Please make sure that all dimensions are correct and send your design as a DXF or SVG file. This will ensure the quickest processing time!

Send your design and cutting information to milling@nomnomburger.ca

Step 2:

Choose stock size. You can choose between 12" x 24" (full length)* or 6" x 12" clear polycarbonate sheets. They are all 1/16" thick.

Pricing:

Full Length 12" x 24": $50
Half Length 6" x 12": $30

(excluding shipping)

The polycarbonate used is provided and included in the cost.

Payments can be made through E-transfer.

*Full length cuts will require your objects to be laid out in a 12"x14" sheet and another 12"x10" sheet to accommodate for the size of the CNC.Note that ABS plastic cannot be cut.

Step 3:

Your design will be cut using the Carbide3D Shapeoko 4 CNC. The polycarbonate used will be provided and is included in the cost.

Step 4:

Shipping. Shipping rates will be calculated based on your location. A special $5 Shipping option will be available for customers in Markham and Richmond hill from July to August!
